Logistics Services

We see ourselves as a full-service provider for our clients and organize the entire supply chain logistics in addition to the sale of biomass.

Delivery terms: CIF (cost, insurance, freight): we organize all phases of logistics to ship the product to our clients’ port of destintation. Thanks to agreements with leading freight forwarders, we can ensure professionalism and timeliness.

Packaging: plastic bags, big bags or bulk.

Delivery schedules: normally, we deliver within 3-5 weeks after your order. In case of long-term contract/recurring deliveries, we ensure continuous shipments adapted to our clients’ needs.

Payment: generally, we work with advance payments and/or bank guarantees. Also, documentary letters of credit and advance payment guarantees are supported by our company. Other payment terms can be discussed if needed.

Minimum order quantity: 200 tonnes (olive kernels, stoneless olive cake, wood pellets), 500 tonnes (olive cake), 5.000 tonnes (palm kernel shells).
